Workbook Santoor, Class- 3

This English workbook is based on the newly released textbook ‘SANTOOR’ published by NCERT for class 3 in accordance with the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) for class education 2023. This series has been prepared keeping in mind the New Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and National Curriculum Framework (NCF) for school education 2023.

The objective of language teaching is to help students to express themselves correctly and creatively. To achieve this, skill-based approach has been adopted in the series, which will help students effectively master the four skills- Listening, Reading, Speaking and Writing of the language.

Each chapter of the workbook provides ample practice material to the students. This includes the variety of exercise such as vocabulary building, fill in the blanks, multiple choice question, match the following, subjective questions, grammar building, creative writing, etc. This series also introduces students to the art of writing and composition. The instructions are given in a sample and lucid language.

We ensue that this workbook would enable the students to fully grasp the concepts and supplement their learning with practical work. Students will also be able to sharpen their learning, literacy and life skills.

Though all the efforts have been made to make the workbook error-free, any constructive suggestions for the improvement of the series will be gratefully acknowledged.
