Workbook Mridang-2

The present series of English Workbook is based on the Newly released textbook ‘MRIDANG’ published by the NCERT for classes 1 and 2 in accordance with the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) 2023. This series has been prepared keeping in mind the New Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and National Curriculum Framework (NCF-FS-2022).

The objective of language teaching is to help students to express themselves correctly and creatively. To achieve this, skill-based approach has been adopted in the series, which will help students effectively master the four skills-Listening, Reading, Speaking and writing of the language.

Each chapter of the workbook provides ample practice material to the students. This includes a variety of exercises such as vocabulary building, fill in the blanks, multiple choice questions, match the following, subjective questions, grammar building, creative writing, etc. This series also introduces students to the art of writing and composition. The instructions are given in a simple and lucid language.
